The topic of the conversation was the same as it had been for the last few months: my job. I was experiencing the Monday Blues, real bad. January 25, 2020 Persistence and Patience If you’re anything like me, sometimes patience escapes me. I know it does. I’m not afraid to admit that sometimes, I just want things to happen quickly. Patience has always been something I have worked on, and still do to this day. I know I’m not the only one who has to remind myself to take a deep breath, be patient, but persistent.

As far as my future appeared, things were looking up. Until I glanced around at the other aspects of my life. Then the truth became more than apparent to me: my diet was inadequate.
